Description As a Senior Claims Adjuster - Financial Lines, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims, with a primary focus on Professional Indemnity, complemented by exposure to Directors & Officers (D&O), Financial Institutions (FI), and Transaction Liability risks. You will operate as a technical expert within the Claims team, managing complex, high-value and sensitive claims, while driving proactive claims strategies, consistent reserving and high-quality outcomes aligned with policy intent and regulatory requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with regional stakeholders, including providing support and technical input into Singapore-based Financial Lines claims where required, ensuring consistency in approach and alignment with Canopius’ broader APAC claims strategy. A key component of the role is the oversight and management of Delegated Claims Authorities (DCAs), TPAs and external service providers, ensuring strong governance, performance management and delivery of service excellence.
