    Join our Common Law team as a Senior Claims Advisor, managing a diverse portfolio of CTP claims from start to settlement. You’ll contribute to fair and timely outcomes for injured claimants, while helping shape continuous improvement across the team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of common law claims, assessing liability, gathering evidence, and negotiating settlements that support recovery and fairness
  • Collaborate with solicitors, claimants, and medical professionals to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution
  • Analyse medical, financial, and investigative reports to determine claim value and strategy
  • Ensure compliance with legislative timeframes and guidelines while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Facilitate early access to rehabilitation services to support optimal recovery outcomes
  • Represent Suncorp in settlement conferences and hearings, ensuring professional and empathetic engagement
