We are seeking a Senior Claims Substantiation Analyst I to join our US Claims Substantiation team, which is part of our Safety, Regulatory, Claims, and Microbiology function. This pivotal role will evaluate and validate product claims for L’Oreal products, including claims-related launch responsibilities for domestic, regional and international brands collaborating closely with L’Oreal colleagues globally. Primary stakeholders will include the Product Development, Product Evaluation, Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Marketing, and Legal teams, worldwide Claims and Country Scientific Directors.

• Base Salary Range: $77,400 - $110,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
