SENIOR CLEANER / SUPERVISOR

Betties Cleaning – Full-Time Role
Location: Hunter Valley
Hours: Available for shifts Monday–Friday between 7am–5pm (occasional weekends during busy periods)

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as a Senior Cleaner/Supervisor. This is a dual role where you’ll lead by example, overseeing daily cleaning operations and completing cleaning shifts to ensure the highest standards are met for our clients.

  • Conduct property inspections and monitor daily schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Liaise with cleaning teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain high engagement.
  • Train and mentor new starters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance, managing hazards or incidents to ensure a safe working environment for the cleaning teams.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, packing and unpacking linen, and ensuring vans are ready and organised.
