The team partners closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to provide thoughtful, proactive guidance across all aspects of their financial lives. As the firm continues to grow this role will play a critical part in supporting both the client experience and the advisory team. Position Overview - We are seeking a Senior Client Associate to join our team in a highly visible, relationship-driven role. This individual will support day-to-day client service operations, ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is comfortable working independently while taking ownership of key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing service needs Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and next-generation family members Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communication Support portfolio reviews and client meeting preparation Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the firm Operational & Administrative Support Manage RMD notifications and distribution tracking Coordinate year-end client reminders and tax-related communications Assist with 1099 follow-ups during tax season Support the lead advisor with ongoing operational and administrative tasks Requirements Qualifications Required: 3+ years of experience in financial services Active Series 7 license Series 63, 65, or 66 license Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred: Experience working with high-net-worth clients ($1M+ net worth) Familiarity with Schwab or independent advisory platforms What We’re Looking For A proactive, self-starter who takes ownership of their work Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust with clients Someone who is detail-oriented yet able to see the bigger picture A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates) Comprehensive benefits package including: Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Profit sharing Paid time off Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, onsite (5 days per week) Flexible start times (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Reports directly to the lead advisor
