We’re now looking for a Senior Client Consultant to join our team! About the Role & Team As a Senior Client Consultant, you will work with our government schools to deliver a high standard of customer support and training through a variety of mediums, including video calls, face-to-face classroom-based training and webinars. In your day to day, you will: Represent the voice of the customer and serve as the first point of contact for our new schools. Mentor other team members, assisting them in breaking down complex customer problems and providing guidance for solutions. Conduct the training of the platform to our end users and also provide post-go-live support to ensure our schools are utilising the platform to its fullest potential. Coordinate and deliver high quality onsite product demonstrations and training sessions to both small and large audiences. Encourage our satisfied customers to make referrals to peer schools - word-of-mouth is our best source of marketing! Manage the overall workflow and process for the implementation & training of our schools. Build comprehensive knowledge across our product suite to be able to support our schools to the best of your ability. Where applicable, identify opportunities to sell our schools additional modules. Essential: A demonstrated service-oriented approach, with a motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter mindset. The ability to stay calm, prioritise effectively, and deliver results under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently. High attention to detail and a track record of seeing tasks through to completion. The ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and education staff. Desirable: Comprehensive knowledge and confidence utilising the Compass platform. Experience in education (Primary or Secondary) and/or prior experience in a client-facing Customer Success role. What’s in it for you?
