The Senior Client Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of client projects. You will own client programmes end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered to scope, on time, and with exceptional quality, while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Commercial and Legal teams, acting as the central point of accountability for delivery success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex Vault implementation programmes for mission-critical banking and payments systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the Vault implementation programme.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as the deputy for the Regional Delivery Director and serving as a primary escalation point to ensure successful program execution.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Vault implementations, including scope, planning, and risk management. Follow and improve upon the prescribed delivery methodology in collaboration with the team.
  • Drive governance: maintain project status, financials, reporting, and steering committee updates for the Vault implementation.
  • Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges, escalating where necessary to protect Vault implementation programme outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong contractual awareness by ensuring commercial agreements are clearly defined, agreed upon, and delivered in line with all obligations.
  • Partner with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams on opportunity scoping, change requests, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  • Conduct retrospectives and continuous learning to improve delivery standards.
