REPORTS TO THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CLIENT DEVELOPMENT

As Senior Manager in Client Development, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 6-8 of our Group strategic accounts. You will work alongside our cross-jurisdictional local delivery teams, supporting global accounts based in London and the US.
The successful candidate will manage the account strategy, working in conjunction with the Associate Director, Client Development and Client Relationship Leads (CRLs) alongside our Client Development Group. This group includes some of the largest global names in alternative investments and will see you working across various asset classes including Private Equity, Real Assets and Private Debt.
This role will be based out of our London office but does require travel to meet prospective clients and other Aztec Group offices.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of the full ‘Aztec experience’ across this portfolio.
  • Work closely with the CRL’s to identify opportunities for growth, on-sell, cross-sell and value add propositions.
  • Expand relationships and drive new opportunities across an existing client base. Leading impactful client conversations to enhance our reputation and increase our footprint across key clients.
  • Partner with the Client Development Group to professionalise and improve the Aztec approach to strategic client management.
  • Partner with the Client Development Group to implement client development strategies, focus on achieving clients’ goals and creating and executing customer relationship reviews.
  • Refine our value proposition for key accounts and ensure that we are linking our capability back to their strategic drivers.
  • Participate and manage winning proposals and presentations in conjunction with the wider business development team.
  • Attend relevant industry events and build local relationships with intermediaries such as law firms and auditors.
  • Preparation of forecasts and KPI reporting for the Head of CMD (Clients and Market Development) and Client Development Group.
  • Participate in the evolution of our approach to strategic account management and planning. This will include using our Business Development playbook, engagement planning, leading client-centric workshops, delivering key value messages through thought leadership material and leading commercial discussions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Client Experience to align plans and deliver the Aztec experience.
  • Participate in and manage Client Relationship Review meetings and be the voice of the client at all times.
