Passionate and growth mindset with proven performance record Excellent leadership and team building skills 10+ years of experience in a client service role where you developed comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans within the Automotive and/or Hi-Tech industries. 10+ years of leadership experience in a role that required strong sales, relationship management, and account management skills within the Automotive and/or Hi-Tech industries. 5+ years of Automotive and/or Hi-Tech account management experience where you were responsible for client relationships and managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams 5+ years of experience in budgeting, P&L performance, and managing operational efficiency; And must be willing and able to travel up to 50% Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced work environment Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
