Description
NOK Human Capital is hiring a Senior Client Management Specialist to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Service Delivery Support the Client Operations Manager in managing client accounts and ensuring all service requirements are met. Handle daily client communication, inquiries, and service requests professionally. Coordinate with recruitment teams to prioritize and deliver job orders on time. Maintain and update client reports, job order status, and service metrics. Operational Coordination Ensure accurate data entry and updates in CRM/ATS systems. Follow up with internal teams on deliverables such as shortlists, onboarding documents, and payroll requirements. Ensure compliance with NOK HC policies, client SOPs, and HR standards. Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare operational and performance reports for management review. Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality. Issue Resolution Address and resolve client concerns promptly. Escalate complex cases to the Client Operations Manager when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR outsourcing, recruitment operations, or client service management (preferred). Experience using ATS/CRM systems is a plus. Excellent command of English. Strong communication and client-handling skills. High attention to detail, organizational strength, and multitasking ability. Strong follow-up skills and commitment to meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
