What you’ll do Motivated by shaping high-value client relationships, you'll strategically drive account growth and seamless delivery while reporting directly to the Client Servicing team lead. Own complex relationships for premium global key accounts, serving as the primary strategic escalation point and diplomatic partner to C-suite stakeholders. Develop account plans, lead QBRs, and proactively identify expansion opportunities tied to client business goals. Translate client needs into actionable briefs, ensuring flawless alignment across creative, strategy, and digital teams. Orchestrate end-to-end project delivery-managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resources with rigorous organization. Facilitate impactful client workshops and presentations, bringing the right expertise to build trust and advocacy. Support team leadership, fostering collaboration, and contributing to CS team initiatives. Resolve issues diplomatically through cross-functional navigation, prioritizing client satisfaction and retention. Champion agency best practices in client-centric communication, monitoring satisfaction metrics for continuous improvement. What you’ll need 7+ years in client-facing professional services (advertising, marketing, consulting, or brand/design), with 3+ years in a senior account management or client services role. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust, influence, and manage complex client relationships at C-suite and various organizational levels. Strong strategic thinking, deep client acumen, and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable recommendations, understanding client business dynamics and competitive positioning. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively. Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing solutions, driving resolution, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment. Experience supporting and developing team members, fostering internal collaboration, and advocating for resource prioritization within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with brand strategy and customer experience principles, ideally coupled with experience in Financial Services, Properties, Conglomerates, Telecom, or Grocer sectors, with regional (Asia-Pacific) multi-market experience being a plus.
