RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY PERFORMANCE INDICTORS (KPIS)
This role will have the responsibility of developing the media rationale for their clients which, in turn, must be aligned to the overall strategic direction of the client. This role will also be the key day to day client contact and will ensure that all media decisions are made using a robust process powered by the appropriate media planning tools. Central to this role is a clear understanding of media planning principles, an ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of each media channel and the role that each will play in delivering on the overall strategy. This role will also establish the KPIs for the media plan and will ensure that all important information is clearly shown on the plan for client approval. The Senior Client Manager will also manage the implementation and delivery of the media plan and will perform the required Quality Control to ensure that the media plan produced matches the media rationale and the objectives set.
