Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Senior Client Marketing Manager to lead client-focused campaigns that drive growth and enhance the client experience. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to deliver high-impact initiatives that support cross-sell, upsell, and client migration as we integrate acquired brands. You’ll need strong project management and communication skills, a keen eye on ROI, and the ability to manage end-to-end marketing activity with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Client Marketing Manager to lead engaging, value-driven communication strategies that support every stage of the client journey. You’ll shape multi-channel campaigns, events, and content that strengthen relationships, support renewals, and help clients transition smoothly into the WorkNest brand, especially following acquisitions. From onboarding to renewal, you’ll ensure a consistent, personalised experience that enhances satisfaction and drives growth.
Working closely with commercial, product, and operational teams, you’ll coordinate targeted cross-sell and upsell activity, support product launches, and help roll out AI tools that recommend relevant services to our clients. You’ll champion client feedback, use data to refine strategy, and continuously improve marketing performance to deliver real impact. ABOUT YOU
You’ll be someone with at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B environment, who has a solid track record in delivering fully integrated client marketing across multiple channels. You’ll need strong project management skills to juggle campaigns, excellent copywriting to bring our messages to life, and a sharp eye for data to measure what’s working and where we can improve.
Strong communication and stakeholder management are key, as you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business and help shape the client experience across evolving brands. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Monday.com, and WordPress would be an added advantage.
