To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for an experienced Billing Manager Germany (m/f/d) to join our
team in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
Unleash your potential in the following areas of responsibility:
- Management and leadership of the billing teams at the Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich locations, especially with regard to performance,
- First point of contact for the partnership, lawyers and assistants on billing-related matters,
- Optimization of One Germany processes at all German locations with a focus on interregional cooperation, capacity optimization and digitalization.
- Monitoring of WIP and Aged WIP
- Reporting of monthly and ad hoc requests for senior management
- Continuous development of the billing teams, also through appropriate training.
- Hands-on mentality with active participation in operational billing
These are the qualities you bring:
- Experience in leading supra-regional teams combined with assertiveness
- Studies in economics or finance, or alternatively, completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in the management of complex and supra-regional projects
- Preferably experience in a law firm or an international service company.
- Proven and effective MS Office skills and sound experience with accounting systems (preferably Thomson Reuters 3E)
- Reliability, organizational skills and a strong service mentality combined with persuasiveness
- Independent work style, strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel to a limited extent
- We require very good written and spoken German and English skills.
