As a senior team member based in our Greensboro office, you’ll act as the main point of contact for a diverse client base—guiding them through onboarding, handling ongoing service needs, and working closely with advisors, operations, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for client needs and life events
  • Support day-to-day client needs in collaboration with the Operations Team, including funding, RMDs, gifting, and online access
  • Onboard new clients by setting up accounts, cash flow, and digital tools
  • Collaborate with advisors on planning for significant life changes
  • Coordinate client meetings - scheduling, prep, and follow-up
  • Ensure full compliance with firm policies and industry regulations
  • Build strong, trusted client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and follow-through
