SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

  • Bath/hybrid (2 days working from home)
  • Previous administration and financial services experience required
  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in pensions administration essential
  • Previous experience of working in the financial services sector
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of SIPP/Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds is ideal

Responsibilities
  • Processing new investments in a timely manner and completing related administrative tasks
  • Handling a range of enquiries and requests from clients and Financial Adviser firms
  • Identifying any risks and reporting any incidents in line with regulatory guidelines
  • Providing training and supporting to new and existing team members
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge of financial services regulations and legislation
  • Completing all work to agrees SLAs and KPIs
