JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Client Services Associate at WestPac Wealth Partners, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding client experience by providing operational and administrative support to both clients and your Financial Advisor. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening client relationships and enhancing overall service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Keep the Advisor and team members informed on pending business, production and progress.
  • Process client onboarding, transactions, account updates, and service requests efficiently.
  • Support financial advisor with scheduling, preparing client meeting materials, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and aid in maintaining strong client- Advisor relationship.
  • Oversee technology tools and platforms, ensuring they are utilized effectively and updated as needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate in problem resolution and act as the Advisor liaison with business partners, as well as the broker/dealer
  • Coordinate events, seminars, webinars and prepare presentation materials
  • Aid in Marketing efforts & comply with social media guidelines
  • Additional administrative tasks on an ongoing basis

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment accounts, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to multi-task and keep good time management in a fast-paced agency environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills, web-based applications and Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent team player and the ability to work well with others.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in the broker dealer space.
Need to clear background check and fingerprint requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to keep sensitive information confidential.
