WHAT EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-3 years in ad tech working with brands / agencies / trading desks / ad networks; experience in programmatic media buying, trading, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent understanding of exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and the programmatic buying process
  • Experienced in both managed and self service client support
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re adding to our Client Success team, and are searching for a skilled programmatic media buyer to join a great team of Account Managers. As a Senior Client Success Associate, you will be hands-on-keyboard within the Vistar DSP and responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of programmatic DOOH buys, with the goal of retaining clients and growing their business. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, bidding strategies, and platform management to deliver high-performance campaigns for our clients and be a platform expert who can not only teach our clients the nuances of programmatic buying, but be a Vistar DSP expert, as well. You will work closely with our Account Management, Sales, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure all campaigns meet or exceed performance goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of programmatic DOOH campaigns across the Vistar DSP, ensuring campaigns are set up and optimized for peak performance; Work with agency teams to set up and launch campaigns, and provide optimization recommendations ensuring full delivery and KPIs are hit
  • Collaborate with internal teams, and clients alike, to plan programmatic DOOH buys tailored to specific client goals and objectives
  • Working hands-on-keyboard in the Vistar DSP, continuously monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement data-driven changes to improve results; Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Quickly identify and resolve all issues related to campaign setup, delivery, and performance
  • Build strong relationships with agencies/clients to cultivate relationships and increase partner investment
  • Become a platform expert who can consult and educate clients on new product updates, platform nuances, and DOOH best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in programmatic advertising and help implement new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness
