Tasks Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their personal growth needs and aligning FlexUp's services to meet those goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience through regular communication and providing personalized support. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor immersive online courses and transformational retreats that align with client objectives and enhance their personal development journey. Monitor client progress and satisfaction, utilizing feedback to refine service delivery and enhance client outcomes. Lead workshops and webinars to educate and inspire clients, fostering a community of ambitious professionals dedicated to personal and professional growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in client relationship management, preferably in the personal development or marketing services industry. Proven track record of helping clients achieve their goals through personalized strategies and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire others. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for empowering others to reach their full potential.
