Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows. Communicate client needs efficiently to relevant departments. Assist in distributing approved program-wide communications. Create and maintain accurate department procedures and documentation. Complete various account maintenance and research requests effectively. Support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition. Participate in special project planning and execution to enhance program effectiveness. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate across departments to accomplish tasks. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking, prioritizing skills, and meeting deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3+ years of customer service experience. 3+ years of experience in the credit card industry. Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of industry experience.
