Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Client Trainer to drive high-level product adoption and digital excellence across our client base, with a specific focus on supporting our large-scale franchise strategy. As a high-impact training expert and technical enthusiast, you will serve as the technical lead within the training team, ensuring our educational content, specifically through Cotality Campus, is world-class and technically robust. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own client schedule and travel while acting as a technical anchor for your peers and a trusted advisor to your clients. What You Will Be Doing: Deliver expert-led training sessions that empower clients to maximize their use of Cotality’s digital suite. Lead the technical evolution of Cotality Campus, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and strategically aligned. Drive departmental revenue by identifying and securing opportunities for paid, bespoke training engagements. Mentor the wider training team by providing technical oversight, coaching, and standardized best practices Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to align training programs with major account goals and franchise strategies. Measure and report on impact, ensuring success leads to higher NPS, increased retention, and growing professional services revenue. Job Qualifications: What You Will Bring: Essential: Extensive Experience: Previous success in a senior training or client-facing technical role, ideally within SaaS or Real Estate Tech. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with digital learning platforms (LMS) and the ability to master complex software suites quickly. Sales Acumen: Proven experience in upselling, "passive selling," or managing billable/paid professional services Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a room or digital call with authority and empathy. Mobility: A valid Driver’s License and a reliable car for travel to various client locations. Problem-Solving Mindset: A "Player-Coach" mentality with the ability to navigate digital complexities and simplify them for diverse audiences. Preferred: Strategic Vision: Ability to see how individual training sessions fit into a broader franchise strategy and the long-term growth of Cotality Campus. Commercial Confidence: Comfort in discussing ROI and turning standard training queries into paid engagement opportunities.
