You will help them deliver high-quality, efficient clinical services to their clients. This is a great opportunity to work for a company in conjunction with the NHS and private medical sector. They need an organised, proactive Senior Clinic Coordinator to manage clinic operations and act as the key link between hospitals, Consultants, and our clinical teams. You’ll play a central role in ensuring their insourcing services meet the highest standards for patients and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with hospitals to confirm staffing and schedules.
  • Coordinate clinical staff travel and availability.
  • Support contracts and service changes with operational and governance teams.
  • Handle clinic admin – booking patients, sending confirmations, processing test results.
  • Monitor outcomes and arrange follow-up where required.
  • Lead and support other clinic coordinators, driving service improvements.
