Position Summary Praxis Health is seeking a senior level leader who is part of a team that provides clinical and business operations pathways for multiple clinics in the Eugene, Salem and other surrounding regional markets. This leadership position will be responsible for entire Southern Willamette Valley region and its profit and loss performance, team engagement, transition to a value-based care model, and creating an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate for this position is operations-oriented with a track-record of physician partnership, healthcare/system leadership (preferably across multiple markets), is objective, directive-driven, and ready to take on the optimization of system models that the success of the South Willamette Valley Region for Praxis Health. Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including the following: Design region specific objectives and relevant initiatives that support the corporate strategy and strengthen processes and operations. Demonstrate expertise while serving as an open-minded leader with an entrepreneurial mentality. Provides oversight of regional clinic employees, directly manages directors/supervisors who are responsible for day-to-day operations, including performance management and talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice providers. Develop system models in to support clinic and regional operations Inspire out of the box thinking by the team who will create opportunities and continuous improvement. Attract and recruit medical providers and support ancillary services in an employment, partnership, or management model. Interpret available data to make informed decisions as it relates to predictive analytics, AI models, and operational dashboards. In accordance with the CEO, develop and implement strategic initiatives. Manage a budget that ensures profitability and focuses on cost containment strategies. Represent the organization with local and state agencies that may impact our ability to be successful. Monitor’s local, state, and national health care environment for threats or opportunities and implement adaptive strategies. Other duties may be assigned as the needs of the team and organization evolve. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or commensurate experience. 5+ Years’ experience managing employees in a clinic setting or preferred equivalent. Live in the Southern Willamette Valley region or within a commutable distance High Value Skills Ambitious, dissatisfied with the status-quo – eager to lead toward growth and rapid change. Outstanding communication and organizational skills applied to effectively communicate strategic plans to employees, vendors, patients, and healthcare professionals. Works well with department heads, supervisors and other regional administrators. Exercises a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives. Analyzes situations accurately and takes effective action. Demonstrated ability to bring about improved and innovative processes through management and implementation of technology. Ability to interpret financial documentation and translate that knowledge into operational solutions.
