What you’ll own Design, roll out and maintain inpatient clinical-coding audit processes and training materials. Deliver training and coaching to both new and existing staff for coding accuracy and compliance. Audit inpatient records/documentation: identify errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams (coding, HIM, managed-care ops) to resolve issues and drive outcomes. Assess and refine the effectiveness of audit/training efforts—measure, iterate, improve. Qualifications What we’re looking for Active RN license and one of the following coding certifications: CPC, CIC or CCS. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred (or work-equivalent experience). Minimum 4 years’ experience in nursing, auditing or training within a managed-care or hospital environment. Proven ability to present, coach, and write clearly and effectively. Prior inpatient-coding audit experience strongly preferred.
