The primary role of the Senior Clinical Coordinator is to oversee the structure and implementation of clinical services at the OCY’s OCC funded Community Justice Support Centers. Ensure that clinical services are compliant with contractual requirements at all OCY centers. The Senior Clinical Coordinator will work collaboratively with OCY Treatment Managers, OCC Program Managers, and OCC Regional/Statewide administration in order to provide the highest quality services to probation and parole referred clients.
Requirements:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Education – Masters Degree with Licensure (LICSW strongly preferred)
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in the juvenile justice, behavioral health or demonstrably related field(s).
• Ability to drive car up to 8 hours per day. Travel is expected with these responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate with staff, and collateral resources in person and by phone.
• Daily attendance and scheduling flexibility to include working nights and weekends.
• Ability and experience in using technology to facilitate virtual gatherings
