Description

Act as the primary Data Management lead on global clinical studies
Lead activities from study start-up through to database lock
Oversee EDC builds, system integrations and user acceptance testing
Drive data review and reconciliation across EDC, laboratory, vendor, eCOA, IRT and SAE data
Manage external vendors and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Identify and resolve study risks, issues and data-quality concerns
Ensure compliance with CDISC standards, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
Support continuous improvement across Data Management processes

Experience RequiredAt least six years of experience in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Data Science
Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
Proven experience leading complex studies across the clinical trial lifecycle
Strong data review and reconciliation experience
Confident managing vendors and senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience with EDC systems; Veeva EDC would be an advantage
Knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP
Excellent communication, problem-solving and project leadership skills
A relevant degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related discipline
