Job Description Opportunity at a Glance The primary purpose of this role is to establish clinical relationships in markets where new campus location are likely to open and to support new programs. Responsibilities Develop relationships with health organizations in potential and current markets. Develop and manage a national account strategy. Use direct mail, telephone, email and face-to-face meetings to determine clinical site capacity for Chamberlain University students and potential for partnership. Initiate clinical affiliation agreements and other types of written support for applications for approval of program and new campuses. Researches, contacts, negotiates, and contracts with potential clinical agencies for student experiences. Identifies potential strategic opportunities based on market intelligence. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical relationship initatives. Identify best practices, create client facing information, and establish on-going working relationships. Completes other duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required and Master's Degree Preferred 5+ years business development experience Required and Healthcare sales experience Preferred and Nursing Preferred and 1+ year years salesforce.com experience Preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills – must be able to work with various levels of management Team player willing to share and exchange ideas Action oriented – work autonomously with little direction Additional Information In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.90 and $96,736.53. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
