Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for supporting our Residential Aged Care team by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that align with their strategic goals and operational needs. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Residential Aged Care to identify and address learning gaps, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop/update and deliver learning packages aligned to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning requirements.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure impactful learning experiences.
  • Be a key facilitator of on-the-job learning support.
  • Analyse and report on evaluations linked to learning objectives to ensure learning has been effectively transferred to attendees.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry changes, best practice and future trends to ensure optimal learning packages are delivered.
