Croi Health is seeking an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Clinical Senior Manager – Hospice to join our leadership team during an exciting period of growth and operational transformation. This position is based out of our office, located in Norwell, MA. This is not just a clinical leadership role — it is a key position in shaping the future of our hospice program. You will partner closely with operations, business development, and medical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care while supporting sustainable growth toward a 300 average daily census. Compensation: 130,000 - 135,000 based on experience What You’ll Do: Champion Clinical Excellence Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness Maintain 5-Star patient and family satisfaction performance Improve symptom management and reduce avoidable hospitalizations Lead interdisciplinary collaboration Drive Growth & Access Partner with intake and business development to improve referral conversion Remove barriers to timely admissions (24–48 hour target) Support census growth strategy toward 300 ADC Lead & Develop Teams Supervise hospice clinical leaders and/or senior clinicians Drive accountability and performance metrics Maintain ≥95% staff retention Mentor emerging leaders and build succession strength Support Financial Sustainability Manage labor productivity and cost of care Understand and improve hospice margin drivers Partner with Director to ensure operational efficiency What We’re Looking For: Required: Active RN license (BSN required, MSN preferred) 5+ years hospice clinical experience 3+ years leadership experience Strong Medicare hospice regulatory knowledge Preferred: CHPN certification Experience in high-growth hospice organization Comfort with data, KPIs, and financial performance metrics Why Croi Health? 5-Star quality focus Growth-oriented leadership culture Mission-driven organization serving our community Executive alignment around transparency and collaboration Opportunity to shape the next phase of hospice expansion If you are ready to lead with both heart and discipline — we want to meet you.
