A leading law firm are seeking a senior clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury solicitor to join their office in Guildford.
You will join one of the UK’s top personal injury law firms who regularly secure multi-million-pound settlements for their clients.

You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury claims as well as supporting Partners.
You will specialise in claimant work managing a varied caseload of clinicial negligence and employers, occupiers and product liability claims as well as industrial disease, road traffic accidents and criminal injuries ranging from fast-track to multi-track cases.
Cases will include serious orthopaedic injuries and amputations, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, historic sexual abuse and sever psychiatric injuries with permanent life changing symptoms as well as fatal accidents and dependency claims.
Clinical negligence cases include wrongful birth cases, mostly involving catastrophic and life changing injuries.
