Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy., Or PharmD: PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Coursework/Training: Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency, Or equivalent education/experience Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License Within 2 years of hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties Upon hire: Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) - when eligible and where applicable 3 years - Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency.
