REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy OR
• Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• 2 years PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification in specific area of practice
• Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable
• ACLS/PALS/NRP where applicable
