About the job
The Senior Clinician will manage the delivery of clinical support on the MOST platform. You will oversee a large team of clinicians, peer support workers and vocational specialists who engage with young people 12 – 25 yrs old across the MOST platform and support their clinical outcomes.

Reporting to the National Clinical Services Manager you will:

  • Lead and support clinical staff through supervision, training, professional development planning, and performance management.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance on complex cases, risk escalation, and multidisciplinary care, including engagement with external services.
  • Drive service innovation and quality improvement by contributing to the development of clinical models, procedures, and training materials.
  • Ensure safe, ethical, and evidence-based practice across all clinical work, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mental health and substance use interventions.
  • Support the implementation and integration of digital services (MOST), identifying challenges, refining processes, and mentoring staff to embed the model effectively.

This position includes evening shifts (1:30pm–9:30pm AEST / 11:30am–7:30pm AWST), with weekend shifts and on-call responsibilities as part of the rotating roster.
Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing) and full registration with AHPRA or AASW (or eligibility for).
  • Advanced clinical skills in youth and/or digital mental health, with experience delivering evidence-based therapies and supervising clinicians or students.
  • Proven leadership and line management experience, including performance oversight, professional development, and fostering high-quality clinical care.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary clinical practice, ethical standards, and working within multidisciplinary teams to support effective service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for youth mental health, digital innovation, and balancing client and organisational needs.

Candidates from QLD, VIC OR WA will be considered.
