This is the opportunity to build your skill set in the field of pain management and rehabilitation, delivering novel and evidence- based interdisciplinary pain management programs to help improve the quality of life for those experiencing chronic pain.
This role offers a varied client base, managing a range of cases and rehabilitation programs. Our team will provide the support and resources you need to excel in your practice.

• Undertake Pain Triage Assessments Co-ordinate and lead community-based pain programs
• Liaise with multiple parties to achieve best outcomes for the client
• Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
• Utilise diary management software
