RMH are seeking a Senior Clinician for Orygen’s Youth Access Team. Lead crisis intervention, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality, culturally safe mental health care to young people across Footscray and beyond. Be part of a dynamic team driving accessibility and growth in youth mental health services across Melbourne’s northern and western regions.

• Lead crisis intervention and mental health care for youth
• Supervise and mentor clinicians, ensuring best practices
• Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed services to youth
• Collaborate with teams and agencies to improve services
• Drive service improvement and maintain high care standards
