JASARA PMC is hiring a Senior Closeout Manager to join our team. As a Senior Closeout Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the final phase of project closeout activities, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and projects are successfully handed over to clients. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from project completion to closeout. Responsibilities Develop and implement closeout procedures and processes Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and specifications Review and validate project documentation for completeness and accuracy Coordinate with project teams to resolve any outstanding issues or deficiencies Manage the timely submission of all closeout deliverables Prepare and present project closeout reports to stakeholders Maintain closeout documentation and records Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in project closeout or a related role Strong knowledge of construction contract closeout processes and procedures Experience in the civil engineering or construction industry Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Proficiency in project management software and tools
