TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and developing solution sales teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Be a technical and business consultant to our clients before, during, and after implementations
  • Experience in working with and leading international teams (remote) is an advantage
  • A drive to learn new things and a keen interest in the public cloud. You’re motivated to keep yourself up to date with cloud evolution and understand how it can bring our customers value
  • A get-it-done attitude and ownership for tasks from their inception to completion
  • Strong work ethic, track record of high productivity and sales achievement
  • University degree in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a similar technical degree.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe on work-related business
  • Business Fluency in English, German (Deutsch) skills are preferred but not essential

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored cloud solutions using AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
  • Your relationships with customers are important in helping businesses adopt cutting-edge technologies for organizations across Europe.
  • Taking responsibility for the ideation process, requirement assessment and consulting of our customers
  • We want you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Developing and executing sales plans, including maintenance of a robust sales pipeline and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics and drive to exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Foster a culture of learning and development, strong stakeholder management and co-selling sales skills (Customers, Ankercloud teams and public cloud providers like AWS, GCP and Azure)
