WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Cloud Consultant/Engineering role (or similar).
• Demonstrable an understanding and experience of Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies, particularly with respect to all infrastructure services. (Experience with Azure application services is desirable).
• A strong client focus and a strength in taking ownership to proactively monitor customer satisfaction while negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience with solution architecture and deployment of at least 3 of the following:
• Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• DevOps experience, pipelines, and use of infrastructure-as-code.
• Networking (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki).
• Microsoft Windows Server (OS, common roles and features and SQL).

THE ROLE:

The Cloud Consultants are delivery focused technology specialists, who are viewed as trusted advisors by clients, they will act as the technical lead on projects, focusing in on cloud solutions often leveraging infrastructure-as-code and cloud native services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and implementation of Platform Engineering Solutions: This involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level platforms to ensure they are efficient, secure, reliable, and meet the requirements.
• Cloud Native Azure Solution Development: Leveraging Azure services to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud platforms. This includes using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates and implementing Terraform.
• Providing Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Serving as a subject matter expert for partners, customers and cross-practices.
• Strong experience with azure migrations across different client environments.
