We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise in Azure technologies with strong problem-solving skills to execute cloud migration and transformation projects, automate deployments, and deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective environments for our customers.

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE

️ collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectures that meet our customers’ needs
️ enabling our customers and over 100 teams with cloud services needs
️️ establishing best practices for deploying software in the cloud
️ implementing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure according to architectural guidelines
️ ️ building and deploying reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components and fully automated deployments
️ helping clients with their cloud strategy and planning their migration roadmap
️ explaining the advantages, drawbacks, and characteristics of cloud platforms to customer
️ assisting with operating models for cloud native infrastructure and services in production

THE FOLLOWING WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

️ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
️ profound experience as an expert in cloud architectures and/or business models
️expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS services, Terraform/ARM/Bicep, and Git
️ proficiency in CI/CD and automation tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
️ knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
️ strong problem-solving and communication skills
️ Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator Associate and related preferred)
️ customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
️ Familiarity with agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
️ Willingness to travel at times for project-related purposes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred
️ fluent in English and ideally German
