YOU SHOULD KNOW:

• This is a full-time, permanent position.
• Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Work on weekends or after business hours may be required (based on client demands and requirements).

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Senior Cloud Engineer will be critical in designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Azure-based and Microsoft 365 (M365) cloud solutions to meet the organization’s infrastructure and application needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Azure and Microsoft 365 services and technologies into the organization’s IT environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure services, M365 services, automation, and best practices for cloud architecture.

THESE SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Exceptionally strong IT background with a focus on network support, implementation, and remote as well as onsite support
• Exceptionally strong problem-solving, planning skills and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
• Ability to handle critical technical issues and work in difficult support situations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills at all levels
