About the role Were on the hunt for a Senior Cloud Engineer whos excited to build, scale, and optimize AWS and Azure environments. Think of this role as part cloud architect, part DevOps champion, and part team mentor. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, ensuring our cloud infrastructure is secure, resilient, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure: Design, build, and optimize scalable AWS and Azure environments. Automation & DevOps: Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates), CI/CD pipelines, and automation to streamline operations and deployments. Incident Management: Lead troubleshooting efforts, resolve incidents quickly, and drive root cause analysis to implement long-term fixes. Backup & Disaster Recovery: Define and manage backup strategies, conduct recovery drills, and ensure business continuity across cloud environments. Reliability & Performance: Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance through monitoring, tuning, and observability tools. What would you need? Experience: 5+ years in cloud engineering, system administration, or DevOps. Technical Skills: Expertise in AWS/Azure, Kafka, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, and database management; skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability, security, and cost optimization. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications: AWS or Azure certifications preferred (e.g., Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
