About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team and play a key role in shaping and scaling Sportsbet's cloud platform capabilities. Working within a centralised team of cloud specialists, you'll provide technical leadership across cloud architecture, automation, governance and cost optimisation initiatives. You'll partner with teams across Technology to deliver secure, scalable and high-performing cloud solutions that enable innovation across the business while helping advance our cloud maturity through modern engineering practices and reusable solutions. Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, build and maintain secure, scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Development, Cyber Security and Technology teams to deliver cloud platform initiatives.
  • Drive automation across cloud and security environments, promoting self-service capabilities and operational excellence.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance and best practice support to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to cloud strategy, governance and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring others and sharing knowledge across the organisation.
