About the Role This is a direct employment opportunity with Acuity Analytics, working exclusively with BDO Global as part of their extended IT function. We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Specialist with strong Microsoft Azure expertise to design, support, and continuously improve a global cloud environment. You’ll combine hands-on Azure engineering with service excellence, delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned to BDO Global IT standards. Operating as a seamless extension of BDO’s Global IT team, you’ll collaborate across international teams while driving automation, strengthening cloud security, and enhancing platform performance. If you enjoy solving complex Azure challenges in a global environment — this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automate and optimize cloud processes to improve performance and cost efficiency Monitor system health, availability, and performance Ensure cloud security and compliance with industry best practices Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for cloud-based services Manage Microsoft 365 user onboarding, access, and tenancy configuration Resolve client connectivity, software, and mobility issues Support service availability across the global IT environment Drive resolution of escalated incidents and service requests Participate in testing new services and releases to ensure support readiness Automate recurring support procedures and contribute to continuous improvement Maintain clear documentation and knowledge records What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline Vendor-aligned certification (e.g., MCP/MTA) Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments 8+ years’ experience in IT support within a complex professional environment Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture and secure cloud design Experience working within ITIL-based service environments (ServiceNow preferred) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and collaboration technologies Ability to quickly understand and support complex business applications Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and teamwork Excellent communication skills Why join us People are at the Heart of our Business.
