REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in cybersecurity operations or related fields
  • Preference for certifications including CISSP, CEH, or CISM
  • Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and DLP
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • Proven experience in project management, designing workflows, and updating organizational procedures
  • Availability to work during US EST working hours
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Efficiently manage and triage cybersecurity-related requests across multiple teams
  • Develop and audit automation scripts and tools, primarily in Python, to streamline security processes
  • Define and enforce access control policies ensuring alignment with the principles of least privilege and separation of duties
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and assist in both internal and external audits
  • Regularly monitor and analyze security metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions for enhancement
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate security into development and operational processes to enhance overall security posture
