Job Responsibilities: Design and implementation of scalable, highly available and resilient application architectures for globally distributed users. Work on high-complexity projects requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple cloud domains. Design and delivery of complex and highly resilient global IT service solutions utilizing AWS/Azure Infrastructure and Services. Participation in planning, definition and high-level design of projects and exploration of design alternatives. Migration of applications from on-premise solutions to the cloud. Definition and execution of cloud governance policies. Definition of AWS/Azure cost control governance models. Liaison with AWS/Azure Technical Account Managers to oversee rollout of AWS/Azure services to 8000 engineers globally in alignment with Aptiv's cloud strategy. Identification and development of new R&D initiatives, as well as awareness of trends in cloud technologies and academic white papers. Coaching and mentoring of other team members. Management of ongoing relationships and communications with IT service suppliers. Maintenance of a good company image. Permanent and regular development of professional qualifications. Care for confidential information and company property Skills Needed: 5-12 years Hands on experience on AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes Solid relevant work experience in a Technical Cloud Solution Architecture role, specializing in Cloud Architecture, but with exposure to Hosting and Infrastructure Proven experience in leveraging cloud hosting and storage solutions such as Amazon AWS/Azure Expertise in AWS/Azure Reference Architectures, application integration patterns and AWS/Azure Pricing Optimize Strategies Expertise in AWS/Azure storage, archiving and backup technologies Architect level knowledge and hands-on experience with some combination virtualization technologies, disk technologies, SSD, spinning disk, NVMe Strong knowledge in AWS/Azure IaaS and PaaS service offerings Good understanding of various Storage Management products and offerings Knowledgeable of CI / CD chain deployments on cloud infrastructure Awareness of Network design principles, architecture and technologies An understanding of application hosting, integration and resilience principles Motivated, Adaptable and Positive personality with willingness to develop leadership skills in a team oriented results driven environment Familiarity with Agile or Lean IT processes Good to have experience on Observability CI/CD, Cybersecurity Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluency in English Your Background: A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/ Electrical / Computer Science) or related field.
