Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP; multi-cloud experience is an advantage.
• CCNA certification or equivalent hands-on networking experience.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting/CIDR, NAT, VPNs, firewalls, OSPF and BGP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates or Ansible.
• Experience with IAM and PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust or HashiCorp Vault.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash and/or PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and monitoring/observability tools.
• Experience working with PSA, RMM or ITSM/ticketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple client environments and SLA priorities.
