What you'll be doing: At Atech, we’re building the UK’s leading Secure Cloud Services provider. As a Senior Cloud Technician (L2), you’ll deliver high‑quality managed cloud support while mentoring others and continuously improving how we work. In this role, you'll be: Providing second‑line support across Azure, Office 365, Intune, and Windows environments Owning incident management, from investigation through to resolution and communication Acting as an escalation point for complex issues and recurring problemsUsing automation and tooling to improve efficiency and service quality Maintaining clear documentation, processes, and playbooks Mentoring junior engineers and supporting onboarding and training Championing a security‑first, customer‑focused approach We want to hear from you if you: Have experience in an MSP or managed services environment Are confident troubleshooting Microsoft cloud and endpoint technologies Understand ITIL-style support, incident, and request management Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Enjoy mentoring others and driving continuous improvement Are proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Hold (or are working towards) Microsoft certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑900, MS‑900, SC‑900) What's in it for me?
