YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

• Functional: multiple years in a business-related roles (e.g., Brand Management, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Commercial functions), with experience in project management.
• Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving collaboration to meet business objectives.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365; and an keen interest to use digitization to continually improve the role and associated processes.

• Work with Project Lead to define local project scope, objectives, and critical success factors.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders.
• Guide projects through the stages and gate processes, managing risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Supporting preparation and facilitation of Key Cluster decision making forums to deploy strategy including preparing and presenting projects for decision, ensuring proper oversight and alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross cluster improvement projects defining, aligning and delivering scope and objectives.
