We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Student Records Team at Kingston University.
The role will have primary responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the quality of the University’s Student Records across the institution. This includes but is not limited to the training of staff on the SITS record system, running data integrity checks, providing high level support and expertise on advanced SITS-related queries and supporting with the annual Data and Records operating plan.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and mutual respect.
THE PERSON
We are looking for a professional, friendly, self-motivated, and excellent team player. You will be working in an inclusive environment alongside a small but friendly team that supports one another through the day to day running of the Student Record’s office.
You will have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and a confident and proactive approach to your work. The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues across the university is essential, and listening effectively and responding sensitively to others is important. You will work closely with the Student Records Manager and the wider University.
Please note this is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work 60% of the working week on campus, please consider this when applying for the role.
