We are seeking an experienced Senior Collection Analyst to drive collections performance and manage credit risk across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in improving cash flow, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective receivables management. Key Responsibilities: * Drive end-to-end collections, including overdue follow-ups, dispute resolution, and delivery of monthly and annual cash targets. * Manage credit risk through contract review, payment terms evaluation, and timely escalation of collection issues. * Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to resolve issues and improve collection efficiency. * Prepare cash forecasts, aging analysis, and provide insights through regular reporting and cash calls. * Support AR operations including reconciliations, payment application, audit confirmations, and process improvement initiatives. Key Experience & Capabilities: * Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field * 10–15+ years of experience in collections / AR / credit control * Experience in industrial, engineering, or equipment-based industries preferred * Strong knowledge of: * Excel * Financial analysis * SAP (preferred, can be trained) Skills & Competencies * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Results-driven with strong execution capability * Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments * Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset Language Requirements * Fluency in English (mandatory) * Mandarin Chinese (mandatory) Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
